Reid Adams has been in ministry for over 12 years and has led in churches ranging from 300 to 7,000 in average weekend attendance, and in both multisite and single site contexts. He is passionate about helping churches and teams realign to the Great Commission and unleash their full kingdom potential. He has been an Activator with Intentional Churches for 8 years, and an Intentional Church Coach for 2 years. He is currently the Executive Pastor of Ministry Development at Church at The Springs in Ocala Florida.

Landers B. Hardy is the founder and CEO of The Fresh Approach Publishing & Leadership Development Center in Florida, with over 20 years of military service, corporate leadership, and global training experience. Holding a Ph.D. in Theology and Master's degree in Organizational Leadership, he serves as Co-Pastor of Intimate Moments Ministry and Associate Pastor at The Hope Church Orlando. As an author, publisher, and cryptocurrency enthusiast, he educates on leadership and emerging technologies. Married to Brenda for 43 years, he is a proud father and grandfather who loves family, golfing, and water activities.
